Waiting for Ramen...
Here's a layout I did for the following challenges:
December Groovie Online Crop which I'm hosting: Use a non-scrapbook related product for masking. If possible, include that product on your layout. If not, do take a photo of the product you used for masking.
UYSC by me : Use at least 3 chipboards and 4 flowers on your layout.
Ed's Weekend Challenge at Laines - 6x12: To create a 6x12 layout.
Pile It On Challenge #26: Use Flowers & Flourishes
Added flowers, chipboards and puffy paint on the edges of the cardstock, flower and chipboards. Love the texture of the puffy paint on the border...
I did some masking with paper clips and added the paper clips to the page. I thought the masking will not turn out good, but it did! So happy with the result. =)

how 2 distress an ezlink
Here's a layout I did inspired by the following Challenges:
Ed's Weekend Challenge at Laines: To use multiple photos on your layout. It has to be 4 or more photographs.
November Groovie Online Crop by Michelle: The LO must have at least 2 photos, 3 patterned papers and 4 buttons.
Ad This Challenge - Nov 9th: To use ad as inspiration.
I started out by adding colourful tapes on the background PP. This becomes a matt for the photos. Chipboard gears which were stickled, were added behind the photos to create movement.
In total, I used 4 photos, 4 PPs and 4 buttons. =) I punched out squares from the monster PPs and popped some of them up.
I doodled on the thickers to add an element of fun to the layout. And here are the steps to distress your ezlink card! :P
Compare adib's ezlink card with mine. And to think my card is actually older! haha!

everything green
Here's a green page I did for the following challenges..
Groovie Covers Challenge - October : To use this cover as inspiration.
Ad This Challenge - Oct 26: To use ad as inspiration. I was inspired to use mainly one colour and nature theme for my layout.
Groovie Challenge by Janis: The challenge is to create a monochromatic layout. Why not scrap the color that best describes you?
I was inspired by the many book covers on the Groovie cover. So i did a multi-photo layout with lots of different shapes on it.. The shapes had a nature theme to it, inspired by the Ad This Oct 26 ad...
This layout is about a green themed crop i went to. So I used green photos, green PP and green embellishments on it!
Green stickles were used to doodle on the embellishments to highlight them..

Yay! I've won the Ad This challenge! Can't wait to receive the next ad..=)
I've also won the Groovie Challenge! thanks for picking my layout, Janis!

F1 Crop
Here's a page I did for Groovie October Online Crop by Michelle. The challenge is to create a 12x12 LO and include the word 'Party' in your title or subtitle. We also had to use our mists on our layout.

I wanted to scrap the crop photos, but they are not up on the blog yet! So I added the tag i received from the F1 crop party instead on the page.

I re-used the ribbons that I pinned on my attire for the F1 crop on the layout.

I used the non-sticky part i peel off from my gear tape to mask the pattern on the cardstock. Stickles were added to the chipboards buttons and tag as highlights.

Also submitted this for Ed's Weekend Challenge - Stickles at Laines. The challenge is to play with your stickles on your layout.

f.t.o.d
Here's the American Crafts Back to School Week Challenge.
I combined it with the Groovie Challenge by Aniza which is to use a photo of a special moment/person taken at least 3 year ago. Scrap about that person/moment and incorporate minimum 3 chipboards on the layout.
Another challenge I incorporated on this layout is Magistical Memories September School Contest. The challenge is to document your school experiences. It must include at least one piece of chipboard and the colors of red (for the apple) and yellow (for the school bus) must be incorporated in your project.
Here's my take on the challenges. I used all my school stash I could find on my layout. I wished I could add more!! :P Had so much fun doing this layout..
I added school themed PPs to the Magistical Memories Over the Rainbow Book chipboard. So what does f.t.o.d. stand for? It stands for favourite time of day! :P
I used lots of journaling stickers and placed them rather randomly over the PPs. I also added the cut-out words 'school days' from the bottom strip on the PPs as embellishments.
Here's the list of American Crafts supply I used:
Remarks Journaling Stickers – Recess (#42665)
Remarks Teen Awesome Transparent Accents (#42535)
Remarks Backyard Shade Journaling Stickers (#42542)
Zing Embossing Powder – Rouge (#27123)
Zing Embossing Powder – Teal (#27165)
Zing Embossing Powder – Neon Blue (#27168)
Zing Embossing Powder – Neon Amber (#27169)
I so love this layout of mine! =) And I'm so glad I won the Magistical Memories contest with this layout!

030209
-Colour theme: Red, White & Black
-Multiple photos
-Stickers
-At least a handmade embellishment by yourself
-Scalloped paper

I also combined this challenge with MWL Aida's Scrap by Numbers Challenge. The challenge is to scrap a layout with the following:
- Title must be a number or a date.
- Keep within 15 to 20 points limit.
How the points are calculated :
- Each item used on the layout is ONE point be it cardstock, paper, an embellie, a flower, a brad etc.
- Paper - any 1 pattern paper is considered 1 point. Every single flower or cut-out from the pattern paper and used on the layout is 1 point, 3 flowers cut-outs is 3 points.
- Stamp - when you use a stamped sentiment, if you cut it up, each piece you USE on the layout is 1 point. A stamped image that is used intact is 1 point.
- Mist or paint - Each colour you use is 1 point. Use the mist or paint anywhere in the LO. This is the only exception where you can use it as many times as you like on the LO.
Here's my take on the challenge... I did some tearing to the PP and inked the edges...
Added some mist and ink onto the Magistical Memories Snap 2 It Frame chipboard...
Decided to mist the cardstock to create texture...
Here's my tabulation of points:
2 Photos - 2 Points
Title - 1 Point
Chipboard - 1 Point
3 Red Binding Wire - 3 Points
1 Ribbon - 1 Point
3 Gaffer Tape - 3 Points
1 Button - 1 Point
PP - 1 Point
2 Cardstocks - 2 Points
Journaling – 1 Point
Mist (Passion Red) – 1 Point
Rose Red Ink - 1 Point
Stickles (Xmas Red) - 1 Point
Thread for stitching - 1 Point
Total - 20 Points
I handmade a flower using Zutter rings, ribbon and gaffer tape. Also stitched a button to complete it. I love my flower! :)
Here's the list of American Crafts supply i used:Teen Chess Club PP (#34634)
Tinsel Foil Chipboard Thickers - Cherry (Metallic) (#42895)
Teen BFF Box Ribbon (#87622)
