Layouts by my friends...

Deedah did this layout for me! I love her page... I never know how to use stickers like the ones she used on my layouts... i love the thought she put into the page and her journaling.. thanks deedah!
We had a kit swap at Create crop where we each prepare a kit for someone else to scrap. Here's what June did for me... i'm loving the blues... but June think it's too blue, so she added some other PPs..:P This won her a prize from Create! Congrats to June! she did great with my kit, and i have a layout by her now! woohoo! :)
Here's my take on CK's kit.. Hehe, her kit happen to be all the reds and pinks! :P Sorry for the yellowish photos... The lighting was not that good in the room...

{Create}'s Birthday Crop...

Here are some photos taken at the crop.. Some of my photos and other photos from Edleen, Yannie and Yati which i love...

We had a challenge where we were to use the PPs provided by Aida to create a 12x12 LO... Here was what i did...

Chipboard Swirl covered with Scenic Route PP...

Many flower cutouts on this one... When i was doing this layout, everyone asked me if she was my sister.. :P I should have made the title, "Sisters?"
Lots of inking on this layout... and i decided to frame up the words with a chipboard frame..
I took another set of PP and did this layout of Anis... Hehe.. Doesn't he look cute! :) I glad i'm making good use of my gaffer tape!
I cut out the shapes from 1 of the PP and used it as a border around the photo... I love my doodled arrow! :)
We had a spelling test, and i was one of the winners with all the correct answers! :) So here's what i won... Prize from Justina of Our Craft Place...

Phew... Submission is over and i thought i had time to scrap.. have been helping my friend with her submission, and i've been really tired.. glad that i was able to start scrapping again... did this page for {Create}'s crop.. we are to create a ME layout that shows 5 or more facts about ourselves so others at the crop can get a quick intro about us.. so here's what i did... :)

I did some masking by trying out my new stencils i bought with my turquiose glimmer mist... but it made my PP crumple..:P
Title made up of corrugated cardboard lasered by adib that i coloured and thickers which i glittered..
I tried my fun flock as a border around the photo... love the furry feel.. :)

5 facts about me.. wish i had a darker green marker to write these on the page...

Back to School Crop..

A fun crop it was! Had games spelling quiz and a scrapbook quiz! had to rack my brains a bit.. :P and i'm glad i managed to finish 2 layouts during the crop despite the many activities going on.. here are some of the photos.. just had to take photos with some of the outstanding characters at the crop.. hehe.. i'm waiting for more!

At my 2nd {Create} Crop...

This time it was at Kristy's place...

I met some new people.. that became my friends.. and got closer to some others!! it's wonderful to attend crops.. and especially Create's crops.. they are relaxing.. and you get to just chit chat and have fun!

I won a prize for making a name tag for liza! had to use whatever we see on the table and make a name tag for the person on your left. then we voted survivor style and i won by just 1 vote! hehe My prize is so yummy!!

I decided to sell some of my stash this time round.. didn't sell much.. but i still had fun! :)

Then we had a lucky draw too.. and i picked a distressed paper kit which i've never seen before.. hope i'll get to experiment with it soon! :)

Crop with {Create}

glad i went for the crop.. it was so fun!! with so many things going on..

went in and straightaway we had gifts waiting for us..

handmade gifts by the {Create} team.. love them! :)

there were also yummy food to make sure we don't go hungry during the crop..

then we started with an icebreaker where we were in groups of 4.. we had to do a layout with the materials given and each person has to take turns to add 1 element to the layout. this was what we came up with.. :)
these are my team members.. Catherine, Deedah and Marix.. nice knowing them..

the 2nd challenge was to do up a coaster with the materials we brought.. since i brought only PPs, i had to use those only.. certainly challenging to finish it within 30 min.. this was my coaster..

here's all the coasters by everyone.. :) everyone's coasters were totally different!!
There were 2 winners, Deedah and I!! wee!! Aida presenting me with my prize...
there are so many things in the pack.. plus a hand draw tag by edleen.. nice one!
