Merry Christmas Album

For HappyScraps Technique Inspired Challenge 4, here's a Christmas Album I did filled with lots of Christmas goodies. I decided to do one without photos.. It makes me happy just looking at these pages!

Oh yes! It's on display at Cards N Scraps with my other christmas projects. So go check it out if you'd like a closer look. :)

Let It Snow

Here's a 6x6 page I did where I added the altered matchbox for Artz de Scrap's December Challenge..

Just a simple page where I added puffy paint to the sticker tag and ribbon...

I added the cardboard frame behind it so it can stand. Hope you like it!

I'm so happy my layout gets displayed on the shelf at Cards N Scraps! =)

Altered Matchbox

Have you checked out Artz de Scrap's December Challenge? The challenge is to alter a matchbox with a Christmas theme. And there are so many lovely projects by our DT. =)

I embellished it with Christmas PPs and inked the edges. Also highlighted the edges with puffy paint. Doesn't it give a snowy feel?

I've also added a message inside the matchbox..

Check out my next post on how I used the matchbox!

Christmas is coming!!

Here are some Christmas projects I did for CardsnScraps... Some cards and altered ornaments chipboard. They are on display at CardsnScraps! Go check them out if you can..=)

These are submitted for the following challenges:
Papierhouse November Challenge: Create cards or gifts for the Christmas season

Magistical Memories Contest : To create holiday projects (holiday cards, tags, layouts or altered projects) and use at least one piece of chipboard or acrylic on the project.
I cut out the star pattern from the pattern and placed it over the cardstock. I then placed a vellum over it which was held down by eyelets.
I also stamped an ornament and stickled all over.

This card was so quick to complete! The PP stood out too much for me to place the sentiment cut-out over it. So the vellum was used to mute the colours and text on the PP...
The rest was just embellishing and stickling!=) This card of mine was featured on the Cards n Scraps email newsletter! wee!

Here are the altered ornaments chipboard. Simple ones which you can hang on your christmas tree.

Eyelets were used to line the border of the chipboard.

Added a sentiment rub-on and doodled with stickles.
Stamped the sentiment on the PP and stickled on it. Didn't manage to wait for the stickles and glossy accent to dry before I take photo. =P will try to get better shots when I get them back.

Added stickles to the embellishments!

Hope these projects have sparked off the Christmas mood in you! =)
