Happy Valentine's Day

We celebrated Valentine's Day earlier.. :) and this was what we had on the dinner table.. yummy food, and all our gifts!! wee!

Here's a close-up of the bouquet of flowers i received... and it's all thanks to adib!! :) he had a really hard time getting these flowers for me by requesting this and that cos he knows i'm not into pink..:P

Here's a notebook that works like a calendar for me... Adib made it specially for me! What a thoughtful, meaningful, useful and lovely gift... He knows i always have scrapping deadlines to meet, and how sometimes i have to rush through layouts or projects..:P
So this notebook is for me to jot down my scrapping schedules and also the new arrivals i wanna see!! hehe! i also get a peek of what's coming up in the next week...
Every 2 pages has a different font adib came up with.. just for me!

Here's the last page.. Adib said he'll do another book for me!! With improvements to be made.. cos i need more space on the schedule for the 1st, 15th and last day of the month!!:P ok, i'm off to update my notebook! :)

Cool Website...

Check out this website! Wordle - Create So cool! I can do this the whole day.. :P If i had the time to waste.. heee... I got to know about this site through Aida's blog...

Look at what i came up with! The first place I thought of to copy the words into the website, was from the dissertation i'm working on.. :P And here's what i got.. you can change the font, the colours, the way the text are arranged! soooo cool! :)

Here's another one i did just by typing in my blog url... i love it!

I suddenly have a new idea.. Will think more about it first then let you know.. I think it's gonna be fun and interesting! :)

My Prize...

I received my prize today... But the box that was holding it came crushed! I was shocked to see it crushed till this state...
Well, there's nothing i can do about it.. I just wonder how it happened... and i couldn't find any instructions in the tin like it was said to have...

Here's i assembled my bracelet... luckily it was simple enough.. :P

i love the cat you drew!! so cute! but it seemed like the postman was curious to find out what is in the envelope.. the envelope looked like that when it reached me already... :P

I've got 3 good news! :)

I've received an email from Laines saying that i've won a $15 gift hamper for my layout submitted for their "My Favourite Guy" Gallery Special! Thank you Laines! :) Can't wait to see what's the next call for the month of July..
The 2nd piece of good news is i received an RAK from Leena which consists of lots of Magistical Memories chipboards! there are so many of them! i can't wait to make use of them in my projects or layouts.. thanks to Leena for being so generous...
The last piece of good news is i won this month's {Create} challenge! Woohoo! can't wait to receive the Specially Autographed Book from Kristy... thank you {Create}, i love you ladies! :)

i'm totally disappointed...

I submitted my altered projects to the store for a scrap challenge... And when i collected them back, one was in proper condition, while the other was damaged..
I'm upset with how my works are not being taken care of.. How others don't see how precious my projects are to me...:(:(:( Seeing my project being chucked at a corner with paper packs all collapsing near it..
My altered cd container came back with a part chipped off and buttons missing...

National Scrapbooking Month Crop-a-thon at MWL...

I was at MWL's crop-a-thon... Wow.. it was really tiring... :P Cos the crop lasted for 9 hours! from 10pm to 7am.. Didn't really take photos.. but i can share some photos from MWL's blog...

These are the people who went for the crop.. Everyone's in green cos we are supporting being green towards the environment....

We were greeted by these two here.. hehe... i took this photo for them! :P

That's what we did at the crop.. It was tiring but fun... Will show the 2 layouts i completed during the crop soon!
