Here's a simple 8x8 layout I did as a gift to a friend... The edges of the PP were distressed..

Added some puffy paint on the chipboards and around the photo...

I propped the page up using the cardboard frame i bought at CardsnScraps.:)

Here's how it looks like on the back...
