Did this layout for SweeChing's A-Z challenge... I must say this was a really tough one! I had quite a hard time figuring out how to put everything together...

(b) journalling must cover A to Z
(c) use scraps of patterned papers (i.e. surface / coverage area of each piece of PP cannot exceed 6 sq inches)

The clue for the crossword puzzle... Used a strip of PP for the line...
I used 7gypsies stickers for this part of my journalling... :)
I just love this 'ohmmmm' photo! Added a frame and doodling to emphasize this aura around him.. :P
Made my own crossword puzzle to show the words from A-Z! Each word leads to the next, in alphabetical order..The background is made of strips of PPs from my scraps, held together on both ends by gaffer tape. This side shows the words from A-L. 
When flipped to the back, the words from M-Z can be seen.
Added some journalling with buttons as a border for it...
