10 Reasons why you mean so much to me...

Yay!! i can finally post this!! Waited so long cos i can only post it now.. Did this layout for the Groovie Challenge cos i'm the groovie guest designer for this month! So do give the challenge a go ok? it'll sure be fun! i hope to see lots and lots of entries! wee!

Challenge: Since Valentine's Day / Friendship Day is almost here, scrap about your love ones or friends and show why they are so important to you. You can either show it through your photos or journalling. Take out 1 main colour (or 2) from your photo and use it with another colour on your layout. Use only 2 colours on your layout.

Here's my layouts... Since i love altering so much, i decided to do an altered layout (my own definition.. ) which can be displayed like any altered project! Did 2 layouts on the same transparency, one behind another... Had quite a bit of planning to do, but it was fun!

Layout on the back...

I had to make sure things look alright on both sides.. doing a two sided layout makes the stuffs used visible on both sides . Only the colours black and white were used..

The title...

The photos... had a hard time fitting the hambly border and brackets as i wanted some parts of the photos to be in front of the border and brackets, and some behind it.. and i wanted it to be like that on the layout behind too! :P Stickers from 7gypsies...
Here's where we took our photos... i made adib do those things.. tsk tsk... Closeup on the lace cardstock.. doodled on some of the flowers and leaves...

Here are the 10 reasons... Did some doodling on the word 'reasons' and did some weaving of ribbons... Used white paint so the reasons can't be seen on the front layout... Some more photos on the back layout.. applied the 'blessing' rub-ons on the part that is painted...
